- Registered as an undergraduate or graduate student at a university for the 2024-2024 academic year.
- Intend to study or be accepted as a full-time student at a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree. program at an accredited university in Africa, Europe, or the Middle East for the academic year 2024-2024.
- Study computer engineering, computer science, or any related technical field.
- Demonstrate a strong academic record.

- Registered as a first or second year undergraduate student at a university in Ireland for the academic year 2024-21.
